PLEASE REVIEW OUR STORE POLICY AS OF SEPTEMBER 1st 2020. ANY CARRIER SHIPPING DELAYS AFTER YOUR PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL. DUE TO COVID-19 

  • All orders are process after payment is processed which takes between 24-48 hours. 
  • Standard shipping is 7-14 business days.
  • All orders ship out in the order in which they are received.
  • If a product ordered is on backorder will notify you via email. 
  • I-Tips are custom made please allow up to 15 business days your order is ship.
  • Wigs are custom made to order please allow 1-3 weeks before shipping. 
  • All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. 
  • Tracking information will be sent to your email on file.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced.

• All Packages come with a Tracking number.

• If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have you package held at your local USPS post office HERE

If you have an event or hair appointment, we advise ordering your products far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We are not responsible for shipping delays once products have been ship with the parcel service. 

All orders placed before 1pm Eastern time will begin processing same business day. All orders processed after 5pm eastern time will process the next business day. 

International orders incur additional charges customer is responsible for these charges.
