Stormy Stylez is not responsible for any damage to skin, scalp, hair, bundle hair, face or any other reaction due to any services requested by client. All guest will get a 15 minute grace period, if missed you will be asked to reschedule. All cancellations/rescheduling must be done within 48 hour prior to your appointment. Any deposits will be applied to your next appointment. There are no refunds for deposits or services rendered. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Return Policy/COVID-19 Update
In order to protect our employees and our customers from any additional risk, we have made the decision to change our merchandise return policy.
We will not be accepting returns of any merchandise until further notice.
This policy is consistent at all our stores, as well as with all of our competitors. Once a product has left the store, we cannot accept it back and
give a refund.
Due to the nature of this product, there are NO REFUNDS. ALL HAIR SALES ARE FINAL Please make sure to select the correct texture and length. However, please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Email email@example.com
Please allow up to 3-6 business days for shipping after payment is processed. If you have a Hair Appointment with Stormy Stylez scheduled we suggest placing your order 7-10 business days before you receive your service. Back orders may take 7-10 business days to process before shipping.
If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please call us immediately. We will contact USPS or FEDEX right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 8-10 business days. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent pending USPS’s or FEDEX investigation of the situation.
FAILED DELIVERIES / REFUSED SHIPMENTS / INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped via FEDEX or USPS to the address you provide. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
TEXTURE DISCLAIMER/COLOR DISCLAIMER
RAW HAIR IS NOT UNIFORM, WHEN PURCHASING TWO OR THREE BUNDLES, WE WILL TRY OUR BEST TO MATCH THEM AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. PLEASE UNDERSTAND NO TWO BUNDLES WILL EVER BE THE EXACT SAME TEXTURE, COLOR, OR DENSITY. EACH BUNDLE OF HAIR WEIGHS 100g APPROXIMATELY 3.5 TO 3.7 OUNCES. WHEN BUYING 12 INCHES TO 16 INCHES TWO BUNDLES SHOULD BE ENOUGH. ANYTHING LONGER WE SUGGEST 3 to 4 BUNDLES.
